• All measurements are provided in inches.
• Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Order alterations are only available if the error is on our side, including:
  • Receiving a size different from the one ordered.
  • Receiving a damaged or defective item.
• Any issue must be reported to our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue. For size-related concerns, the item must be measured and a photo of the measurements must be provided.
• Please ensure that your order details (name, phone number, and shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase.
• For any inquiries or issues, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp and provide your order number.
